springMvc的web.xml的基本配置：

1.配置dispatchServlet：

<servlet-name>

<servlet-class>：org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet

<init-param>配置查找springMvc配置文件的路径，若不配置<init-param>这个参数则默认找WEB-INFO文件夹下的名为servlet-name+servlet.xml
